These terms cover purchases from the Satanic Garage Management shop, run by Friday Night Flix (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and shown on each product. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We do our best to show products and colours accurately, but slight variations can occur.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or priced in error), in which case we will refund you in full.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are paid for at the time of order and dispatched when the title is released. Release timing is our best estimate and can move. Pre-order payments are non-refundable once placed. If we cancel a release, you will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We ship to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world at the flat rates shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for things that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
