All sales are final. Our runs are small and made for fans, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or the wrong size being ordered. Please check your order, and your size, carefully before paying.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will put it right. Email orders@fridaynightflix.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or, where that is not possible, a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pre-orders
Pre-order payments secure your copy and are non-refundable once placed, other than in the faulty or damaged case above. If we ever cancel a release, you will be refunded in full.
